Delivery is FREE to UK mainland destinations, on ALL ORDERS however small or large.

However there is a delivery charge for the following destinations:

  • Republic of Ireland;
  • Northern Ireland;
  • Channel Isles;
  • Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly;
  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

We currently use two different delivery methods, depending on the weight of the parcel.

  • For all items under 1kg, we use Royal Mail's 'Recorded and Signed For' service-the only service we use. This service provides proof of posting, signature on arrival and on-line confirmation of delivery.
  • For items over 1kg, we use a courier company. At present our main courier is City Link, who will endeavour to deliver your package by 17.30 the next day (dependant on when orders are processed and despatched). However, please accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occassions when there is a problem, so for this reason, please allow between 1-4 days for delivery.

Please note, for legal reasons, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present, to print their correct name, and to sign for the parcel.

In no way will Healthy Progress or the courier be held liable for failed deliveries, unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
